Changelog and feedback links work again

Opening an individual changelog entry or a feedback post returned a "page not found" error, in every language, even though the content was there the whole time. A routing rule on our hosting was rejecting those addresses before they ever reached the page.

That is fixed. Every entry and every feedback post opens at its own link again, so you can share one directly, and search engines can reach them too.

Apologies to anyone who followed a link and hit a dead end.
