Daily summary email, now under your control

The daily returns summary now follows your account structure instead of mailing everyone the same thing.

• Your customer account gets one summary covering its own packages plus every sub-account
• A sub-account only receives its own summary when you switch it on, so nobody is copied on work that is not theirs
• The toggles live on the customer account and sub-accounts inherit them, so there is one place to change your mind

An account with nothing to report simply gets no email that day.
